Why Yoga and Ayurveda for your health?
Yoga and Ayurveda are, traditionally, sister sciences. Evolved over 5,000 years ago in ancient India, they are both designed to keep the body, mind and spirit connected, healthy and working optimally.
Yoga is the physical, and sometimes considered, the spiritual side of Ayurveda, while Ayurveda is the medicinal and healing side of Yoga. Together, they are a potent mix to regain, preserve and maintain health of the physical and energetic bodies and the mind.

When I first started with Yoga many years ago, I attended classes intermittently for a few years.
One day, I realised something short of profound has happened to me. I could not, not make Yoga my life's work. It has helped me tremendously with my own health and wellness challenges. It can help others too.
Eventually, I trained as a Yoga Teacher and as a Yoga and Ayurveda Therapist.
I share these age-old lifestyle practices with anyone willing to try and make them a part of their lifestyle choices. (Please do seek medical and professional advice prior to embarking in any health and lifestyle change.)
I continue to learn and train with highly-reputable and well-renowned Yoga schools and teachers in and outside of Australia.
Before Yoga, I studied BA in Journalism and Master's in Business Administration (MBA). I worked as a writer and a bank employee.
